That worthless paper still has not reported about our mark left on the wall. Would anyone like to tell me why?

((This is the new "Inner Circle" which Roddy and Bella have been carefully forming. Right now, it's them and some of the NPCs since there aren't DE in game right now to meet the criteria and be candidates for it.))
